Error 1439

My Ipod classic doesn't work and I tried to restore it. I got error message 1439. I looked at the article that dealt with the question, did all of their suggestions and I still get the message. I also looked at the threads that I could find on the topic and did not find a solution that worked. What else can I try to fix the problem?
