i bought the game sacred odyssey: rise of ayden, i have been billed and i already paid it but the game in my ipad is still not the full version....when i try to download it again, it says that i already purchased it, pls download again...but nothing happens

You tried to delete the app then redownload it? It's not letting you download it because it's on your iPad.
Is it a "lite" or "free" version you purchased the full from? Try deleting the lite and go to download the full(the one that orig costed $). Did you try that? After trying both of those I'd contact the game developers

i already deleted it and downloaded it again, still it does'nt work
i already contacted gameloft, and they said that itunes is the one that has the problem...they have a solution for android, but for ios, they said apple shld be the one to be contacted

Often, if not always, the lite or free version of a game is separate from the full version; the full version does not overwrite the lite or free version. Maybe the full version is on another screen on your iPad or, if you downloaded it to your computer, you didn't select to sync it with your iPad?
I downloaded it using my ipad....
Did you scour through the sreens looking for two versions of it, the free version and the full version? As I said, often (if not always) the free app and the full app are two separate apps, the full one does not overwrite the lite one, you will have two separate apps.
