I have BThomehub2 - 2xf9 wireless broadband. I have switched wi-fi on my ipod touch but when i enter the password to join this network it stays locked and wont let me join. all other devices working ok. what do i do?

I am connected to the internet via a BThomehub2 - wireless broadband. I have wi fi switched on on the ipod but when i put in the password for the home hub i get unable to join network? what do i do?

iPod touch, Windows 7

- Reset the iPod. Nothing is lost.

Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Power off and then back on the router

- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections

- iOS: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

- Does the iPod successfully connect to other networks?

- Use the communities search box in the upper right and search for:bthome

Other users have has similar problems with tBThome routers.
