Is there a virtual pc emulator for a pcc mac that runs on mac os x 10.4.2 and does a ppc processer have VT?

No it doesn't have Virtualization Technology, This is covered by the KVM software.

I found out what kvm is (Kernel-based Virtual Machine). how can i install this on my computer from 2005? it is running os windows 7.
KVM software would be such likes as Virtual PC for Mac by Microsoft or Vbox by Oracle.
Good luck trying to run Windows 7 on Virtual PC, doubt there would be enough memory in your iBook to withstand it. I've only ever managed to use Virtual PC for Mac 2004 running Windows XP and that was very resourceful on my iBook.
I think Microsoft stopped selling Virtual PC years ago. It was slow and when Intel Macs came out it was obsolete. You would have to look on the used software market. There will likely also be restrictions on which versions of Windows it can run.
Coming to think of it, I don't even think the architecture of the VPC will even allow Windows 7 instillation to be honest. As it will only Visualize Intel processors back in 2004 and bellow. (But I'm not too familiar with Windows 7 system requirement, but I doubt the VPC would even cover it)
i got 40 points and i saw a youtube about someone installing windows 7 on vpc. my ibook's ram is 786mb. i just reilazed that both of my computers are the same age both are 2005 (7 years old).
For Limnos:Yes microsoft stopped selling it in 2007 the last verison was 7.0.3. only good thing is that since they stopped selling vpc you can now get it free for macs. VPC can run any os but not any mac os or windows 8.

Even if you do manage to get Windows 7 installed on a VPC on your iBook, it's going to be very resourceful and not partially very good. The speed is going to be appolling. I wish you luck.

Well for starters your going to have to set your VM to at least 1Gb memory and with only 786 Mb physical isn't going to leave much for Mac OS X to run the KVM.
Then i'll get windows vista for VPC only the iso. So where can i get the windows vista iso No torrents! i hate torrents!
