I have just purchased another iphone 4s (White)
My original iphone 4s (Black) had the option 'Mobile Data Network' which I used to set up my APN to enable me to send MMS
My second 4s does not have this option????
I am still using the same T-Mobile sim on PAYG
Any help would be greatly appreciated

See if there are any carrier updates available for your iPhone by tapping Settings > General > About.
You can also try Resetting Network Settings from Settings > General > Reset.

Try contacting your cell carrier or visiting their support site.

Unfortunately I never did manage to fix this problem with my 4s. I now have a 5 and I still have the same problem. I think it may be something to do with the network I'm using, which is T-Mobile (EE).
