how to i set up my iphone e-mail to keep e-mails from grouping into conversations

An executive at my company doesn't like that his e-mails group themselves as conversations when back and forth e-mails occur about the same topic. Is there a setting he can change to keep this from happening?

settings - mail/contact - organize by thread - off - see if that works.


That was part of the new feature for IOS 5 i believe.
