I just changed my Verizon plan to add a personal hotspot on my iPhone 4S. I have had a personal hotspot on this phone before and it worked fine. It detects the network, but when I try to connect my iPad 2 (and iTouch) to the hotspot it says unable to connect. I have tried it dozens of times. I was able to connect a laptop to the hotspot network. I don't know if it is normal or not, but next to the hotspot name on the list of wireless networks it shows two interlocked links instead of the standard signal strength meter. I am out of ideas.
