Q: Anyone has an Idea about the carriers supporting Personal Hotspot for the 3rd gen iPad??

I have a 3rd gen iPad running with BSNL network in india.. But I can't figure out how to activate personal hotspot on it? Anyone else has the same problem or have some solution??

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 5.1.1

Have you asked BSNL if they support Personal Hotspot and if so how you sign up or otherwise get it activated? The carrier has to support it before the option will appear in your iPad's settings.
