Editing mouse preferences

Hi there !

I need to edit my mouse preferences with a script or a command line, I want to change scroll direction, so I use this command :

/usr/libexec/PlistBuddy -c "Set :com.apple.swipescrolldirection false" .GlobalPreferences.plist

When I launch "System Preference" the option switchs good but when I scroll it doesn't change.

What I need to do ? Restart a specific process ?
