Why don't I have permission to access my YouTube app that was provided with my iPad?

I think my two year old has done something to the you tube app that was provided on my iPad by apple. When I click on it I can only see three quarters of the screen. The rest is black. When I click a YouTube video it tells me I don't have permission to access it. What has she done? How can I fix this?

Try resetting the device. Hold down the sleep and home keys, past when you see the red power down slider, and unitl you see it reboot. Then try again.

Are you in a situation where restrictions could have been enabled? (as in is it your ipad or does someone else control it?). Because I believe that youtube can be locked out through the restrictions part of settings.
