How much can I sell my MacBook Pro for??

Hi, I was thinking of selling my MacBook Pro 13"

Model: A1278

I bouhght it May 27, 2011

It has been protected by a cover that i bought at the apple store since day one.

i really dont ever use, pretty much only when i get wifi.

it does have music & picutres but other than that I dont do much since I have two jobs i dont really pay much attention to it

any suggestions. Should i take it to the Appple store & see what they have to say?

There are a number of services online that will buy older Mac's but, in my experience, I've had the best luck with eBay. I used a couple of the services to get an estimate on what I could get for my old 2006 MBP. The best quote I received was $130. I sold it on eBay for $394.01. Yes, you have to pay eBay to advertise and a percentage of the sale price, but I was quite happy to get so much more than I had been quoted.
