Cellular Data is not showing up on my ipad 2 settings - where did it go and how do I get it back?

Did you buy a Wi-Fi only iPad?
Only shows VPN and Wi-FI. I have been using cellular data on this ipad before and have not been able to for last 2 months.
Your carrier probably deactivated this. Contact with them
