why does my iPod is plugged in it still does not charge, I have a 2 gen ipod shuffle
iPod shuffle, iOS 3.0
When the shuffle is connected to your computer, does it still appear in iTunes, in the sidebar under DEVICES? It's a 2nd gen shuffle, so are you using the original USB cable (with mini-dock at the iPod end)?
