Okay, let's try giving this a go.
Hold down your Shift key as you open iTunes. That should bring up a dialog giving you the options (or their Dutch equivalent): "Choose Library" or "Create Library". Click "Choose library".
Navigate to the location of your existing library file. The default locations are given in the following document:
iTunes: wat zijn de iTunes-bibliotheekbestanden?
Can you open your libarary that way?
