I just purchased Rosetta Stone (CDs not download) and am having trouble running it. After installing it the first time I got this error message, and read that restarting/shutting down the computer and downloading the latest version of AdobeAir would resolve the issue. I have tried all three of these, and have uninstalled and installed twice, and I still get this message. Any and all help is appreciated, thanks very much.

^Thanks for the reply, unfortunately the troubleshooting didn't work. I still get the same error message when opening "Rosetta Stone TOTALe" and there is another icon, "Rosetta Stone Version 3", which gives me error #2111.
Also, the version I bought is 4, but for some reason the icon says version 3. I have no idea what's going on.
You should definitely contact Rosetta Stone support, then.
Sounds like they sent you the wrong version if it says it's version 3. I agree. Contact Rosetta Stone.
