Q: It thinks my son's email is invalid. It says it's the same as my email.

I'm trying to add my son's email address. It says it's an invalid address and that i can't send a request to myself. My son has a completely different email address than me.

Are you using the same Apple ID on both devices.

Then that is the reason why. You will each need your own apple IDs to use with "find friends" if you are going to see each other separately.
