Logging in to another itunes account

OK, so still confused, but it sounds like you are saying that your phone is sync'd with an iTunes Library that is now hosed. If the Library your phone is sync'd with is not available anymore, then you will have to re-download from your new Library....

If I haven't got your situation right, then please let me know!

Try this:

Connect your iPhone

Click on it so that the device options appear

On the Summary tab, scroll down to the bottom

Check Manually manage music and videos

Try again.....

Hi lynn,

Do you mean another iTunes Library, or do you mean another iTunes account? To logon to another iTunes account, you just sign off the person who is logged on (upper right-hand corner of iTunes window - small down arrow - click it, you will see sign off option), and then sign on the other account. If you mean accessing a different Library - no dice.
