Q: Personal hotspot not available on ios5.1.1

Jul 13, 2012 8:56 AMby whatheck,See if there are any carrier updates available for your iPhone by tapping Settings > General > About.
If there aren't any updates, try Resetting Network Settings from Settings > General > Reset.
If that doesn't do it, try contacting your cell carrier or visiting their support site.

it's the same carriar i didn't change and it was working fine while using ios 5.0.1 .
Also i got this issue with All of my friends, it disappeared when update to 5.1.1 .
