Q: Find my friends app

Hope someone can suggest something.

I have an iPhone 4, and always get the location unavailable message when trying to find my daughters iPhone 3GS.

My wife, who also has a iPhone 4 can detect her. I have no problem finding any of my other friends.

Any thought?

She can flip a button that says: "Hide from Followers"

I had already read that thanks. Nothing on there that helps. I tried removing ans reading her iPhone. Still nothing.
She can find me btw.
