Emails aren't coming through on my macbook - help!

I need some details to help:


1. What is the domain of your email? (Ex: @me.com, @gmail.com, etc)

2. Are you using the Mail application that came on the MacBook?

3. When did this start happening and was it working previously?

4. Have you recently changed the password to your email?

5. Also, if you are using the Mail app, do you have more than 1 account set up?
