Q: Personal Recordings (mp3) missing from iPhone w iTunes Match
I've been using iTunes Match for about a week now.
I have personal voice recordings (from meetings) that I have saved as .mp3 and imported into iTunes. They were on my iPhone and all was great. Until yesterday, when I tried to listen to one and noticed that they were all gone from the iPhone. The entire playlist is gone. I understand that the iPhone does not show empty playlists, but my question is why is it empty and how to I get them back on my iPhone. My business relies on this.
HELP!

Usually tracks are ineligible ether because their bit rate is less than 96 Kpbs or they are larger than 200MB. If the bit rate is too low, highlight the tracks and create an AAC version (iTunes>Advanced>Create AAC version). (If you don't see the option to create an AAC version go to iTunes Preferences and on the General tab click on Import Settings, the set Import Using to AAC Encoder and the option to create an AAC version should appear.) Then right-click on the AAC version and select Add to iCloud and see if it uploads successfully now.
