Hello:

I am not addressing your specific question as I have only one - the iPad cover. Forgetting the $10.00 difference, it seems rather pointless to cover an aluminum back on the iPad. Mine is not scratched (and never will be unless I do something stupid.

I am a long time Apple user, but this looks like a product hunting for a solution.

Thanks, this is my first apple purchase and I have never owned a laptop, so I was not sure how important to is to protect the back from scratching.
