Mac SSO Help

I have created an OpenLDAP server that currently doesn't support SSO. Is there a way to create a script that users can use to change the password on OpenLDAP, automatically sync the password with Jabber IM (without re-entering it), update the website passwords? The passwords are stored in Keychain access, is it possible to change the keychain password using command line? If yes, I can probably use a script to change it. Please advice.

OS: 10.6.8
