Deleting Hamachi

Ok, so I tried to delete 'LogMeIn Hamachi' using AppCleaner and a quick empty trash. However as I tried to delete the folders I came across three things that stopped me - 'ipc.sock', 'hamachid.lock' and 'hamachid'. They all give the reason "The operation can’t be completed because the item “x” is in use."

Hopefully there is a simple fix for this.

Thanks for the help.
