Jul 14, 2012 4:23 AM in response to cmschmelzerby Barry Hemphill,Hello:
If you have reseated the batteries and it still occurs, I would suspect a faulty KB.

Aug 28, 2012 10:12 AM in response to cmschmelzerby angsipe3,I am having the same issue. Even with brand new batteries, the light comes on for about 4 seconds and then turns off. Has anyone found a way to resolve this issue?

Aug 28, 2012 10:13 AM in response to Barry Hemphillby angsipe3,This has just begun for me because I haven't used the keyboard in a while. Do you have any suggestions?

Apr 1, 2013 2:22 AM in response to cmschmelzerby mawarwick,I had the same problem. I changed batteries and tried pairing with Mac and iPad but couldn't with either. In this case the adage 'get a bigger hammer' worked for me. I pushed my batteries in hardish and noted that they depressed and returned under spring pressure, I tapped and banged the keyboard in the carpet on its end. In retrospect it was because the keyboard wasn't staying on. Once I did the above it stayed on and connected with my Mac, it must have reset somehow though as the Mac didn't recognise it as previously being connected.

Apr 1, 2013 3:17 AM in response to cmschmelzerby Lexiepex,Brandnew batteries?
Switch the keyboard off, switch bluetooth off in your mac, restart mac, switch the bluetooth on, switch the keyboard on, re-pair the keyboard. Still the same problem? Could you try an other bt keyboard to test if the issue is in the keyboard or your computer.

Jun 7, 2013 7:18 AM in response to cmschmelzerby lg.hinz,A friend with a new 27” iMac pushes the shift key (wireless apple keyboard) on the right (just the right side) and it enlarges the screen, pushes it again and it goes back to normal, whatever program he is in. Can he turn this off? Thanks
