Transition in timeline affect the position of my sound

Why the sound is adjusting by itself when I add a transition, I try to put a sound over a transition but iMovie 11 cut the sound automatically over the transtion.

When I try to move the sound over it transfer automatically on the other side (the other video after the transition.

Is it possible that the transition does'nt affect the position of the sound?
