Q: Why do some movies show up on the cloud and others do not?

I download a digital copy and it shows up on my PC but not me iPad which I have connected by the cloud

    Films can currently only be re-downloaded on US based accounts, but as not all film studios have so far agreed to allow re-downloading not all films will appear. If you have the film on your PC then you should be able to sync it to the iPad via your computer's iTunes.
