Q: Cannot add any new .mp4 videos to my iPod Touch 32 GB

Hi Experts,

I cannot add any new video to my iPod touch 32 GB with .mp4 format. The iTunes thows up an error message saying "File was not copied to the iPod because it cannot be played on this iPod. I've around 40 videos with .mp4 already on my iPod, but now i cannot add these. Please help!!
