lost me phone and so i have got a new iphone and new telephone number but i dont know how to put all my apps etc onto my new phone.Can anyone please advise me how to do this. Thanks

Log into your store account (settings > store)
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option at the bottom of the screen of the iTunes app on your iOS device.
You can re-download content purchased from the App store using the purchased option which is revealed when you tap the updates option at the bottom of the screen of the App store app on your iOS device.
I changed my phone and i have new telephone number, how can i get all my music and apps on my new phone?
