How do I dial plus sign?

Hold down the "zero-0" key and it will change to a plus, however, I'm not sure the DTMF tone is the same for that if you are trying to use it in a dialing sequence. If this is necessary for a contact, you may want to create the contact and then dial from the saved contact.
