Q: The only winsock provider I have is bonjour and I still can not open Itunes.  what should I do now?

After reading the article and going through the steps outlined.  I found that I only have bonjour as a winsock provider.  But I am still not able to open Itunes to purchase music.  This issue is very annoying as everything was working fine up until a week ago when I tried to download a new song.  When I click on the icon, I get my little hourglass like it is thinking and then it just does nothing, hourglass goes away and no itunes.  Getting very frustrated and very disappointed in this product.  Especially since I just bought my daughter an ipod nano for christmas and now we are unable to update or add anything to it.
