I have downloaded the Samsung kies software for my samsung phone but it does not detect the connectiion. I have only just bought this Mac and I used the software on my old laptop no problem. Can anyone help in simple english as I am not that computer literate. I have tried rebooting , etc. nothing helps.

I'm having this problem, i've searched the internet......taken memory cards out, reset software but nothing!

Well what I did was download Kies Air to my Galaxy Note. Then plugged in the USB to my mac and opened Safari and entered the URL address that comes up on Galaxy Note. It brings up all the stuff on phone that you can download or upload.
