Thanks for the help, I did not ask the right question
In the past I opened an account with a certain name, I changed my this name long time ago and had no issues.
Today I tried to register as a developer and I registered personal information with the old name and details of newly registered charge, which means that if I publish an application is registered under your old name, what do i do?
