If you have the WiFi+3G model you can as long as your carrier supports doing so.

THIS IS NOW BEYOND A JOKE NEARLY A MONTH AND STILL NO RESOLUTION !!!!!

I TRY TO RESTORE MY IPHONE TO I0S 7.0.6 AND I GET THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE “The iPhone could not be restored. The device isn’t eligible for the requested build”.

I’m probably wasting my time posting on here!!!
