Q: How can I set-up my Exchange account in iPhone Mail?

I was successful in setting-up my Exchange account in Mail app in my MacBook Pro.

However, I was not as lucky when I attempted to set it up in my iPhone, using exactly the same credential.

Did I do something wrong?

iPhone 4, iOS 5.1.1
