It does not appear on the wifi list. Sometimes i appears and then disappears.Also it sometimes appears but it says'Cannot connect to network. I have tried all of the things in trouble shooting but it still doesn't work.

Yes i have. My laptop and other devices can connect to the wifi
I have heard it was a problem with the original phone cables.
