How do u delete Documents and Data in Usage short of deleting the App in iPhone 4S?

You have to delete the app, then either download it again for free from the app store or sync it back to your phone from from your iTunes library.

Thanks. Looks like this is the Only way to do this. Hopefully Apple is able to fix this in next software update. It is really a hassle when Apple could just change that button to Delete Document and Data.
I agree. This is really dumb.
Even with the new iOS7, this issue has still not been addressed.
