Hi,

If anyone can help would be appreciated. I have a problem accessing docs on iCloud..

....Error states: "THere was a problem connecting to the server "idisk.mac.com".  Contact your system administrator for more information."  When I close this is says "Your iDisk is unavailable. Make sure you are logged on to iCloud and try iDisk again."

My iCloud account is signed in and syncing appears to be working correctly for mail, address book and cal.

Thanks in advance.

Regards JV

MobileMe is closed and your iDisk is no longer available in the Finder. You should sign out in System Preferences>MobileMe if this has not already been done.

iCloud does not provide general file storage in the manner of iDisk, and the iDisk contents are not migrated to MobileMe. If you have files on your iDisk which are not also on your Mac you should go to http://me.com and click the link to download them. You should do this as a matter of urgency as we don't know for how much longer this will be possible.
