error in 2 songs purchased on iTunes

Needed to re-download entire album because both 1 and 5 are album only. 1/5 Eternity's Sunrise downloaded clean. 5/5 Funeral Canticle errors at 3:10 so I will try again.

7. Synchronized iPhone to iTunes but proper version of 05 Funeral Canticle not updated.

8. Received two bills

I would like the second bill MGQQLD567Y reversed.
