Can I recover tunes that I downloaded to an old computer?

Depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to re-download some/all of your previous purchases - apps and ibooks can be re-downloaded, music in a number of countries, TV shows in some, and films (though not all film studios have agreed to it) on US based accounts.
