I have two shuffles when I conect them to the computer it didn´t work.........I already had two cables and none one them work 😟

Have either of these Shuffles ever successfully connected to your Mac before? If so, what might have changed since then? Or is this the first time you are trying to connect them?
Have you tried resetting either of the Shuffle's with them still connected to your Mac? See here for instructions on resetting your Shuffles.
