Have tried all suggestions re: syncing issues but not working. Itunes showing book in Books tab but will not sync to Ipod even though it is set to sync all audiobooks

If you have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions in the PDF user manual and Apple's Knowledge base, just take the computer to an Apple store or an AASP. Whichever is more convenient for you.
Also, are these audiobooks purchased from iTunes or from another source such as Audible?
If Audible, are they in the enhanced format? Not all iPods can play enhanced audiobooks.
