How do you import iMovie '11 videos created on your Computer to your iPhone?

I made a video on iMovie '11 on my early 2008 MacBook running OS X 10.7.4.


I want to put this video on my iPhone 4.


How do I do this?

iPhone 4, Mac OS X (10.7.4)

First, on iMovie 11, use the SHARE menu to Share to iTunes.


Then, Sync your phone throught the USB connection to iTunes. When syncing, go to the Movies tab and select this video to be synced to your phone.
