Q: How do I remove apps from my purchases list?

Go to AppStore> purchased> slide the app you want to remove

Are you talking about "Hide"? Does that actually remove, or simply conceal the purchase? Once hidden, is it gone forever or can it be recovered?

It is just hidden and can be recovered and downloaded at any time.

HHave you tried this on ios7 it seems we have them regardless and they take up a small amount of memory but I would still like to remove what I don't want on

Your are replying to a thread that is over a year old. You might get better results posting your own thread than opening up a dated one.

This hasn't changed in iOS7. You still need iTunes on a computer to hide purchases.

Purchases in iTunes or the apps stores that are not actually installed do not take up any storage on your device.
