if i turn my iPhone into airplane mode will i receive my missed text messages once i turn it back on?

I'm pretty sure that the person I was trying to text was in airplane mode bc she was traveling ro vegas,but my iMessage still doesn't read delivered,I don't want to keep sending the same text and I don't want to call to see if she got it lol I just wonder if she did..thanks

Maybe. It depends on how long you have it in Airplane mode and how long your carrier holds the messages in the network. Eventually, an undelivered SMS will get deleted from the system. However, if you're just talking about a plane flight, yes, you should receive them when you are allowed to turn your phone on again.
