Passcode locked??  Carrier locked??

I tried that and nothing happened. It says phone is disabled and I don't know what to do. Do u have any ideas

No one has any idea what your problem is. You posted to a message thread that is several months old and that has a mixture of different problems. Please start by posting a NEW message, not responding to someone else's, and describe in detail what the issue is. "Locked" has several different meanings, and we don't know which one you mean.
