Double taping with three fingers makes popup appear elsewhere on the screen with retina Macbook Pro?

Is anyone else having this problem? Whenever I try to double tap with three fingers to define words, the yellow highlight pops up randomly on a different area of my screen and the definition stems from that area. I never had that problem with my non-retina Macbook Pro, so perhaps it has to do with the pixel density.

Can anyone else verify this?
