Portable CD Player with mini-TOSLink

Does anyone know if there are any portable CD players (e.g. CD walkman, etc) on the market with digital outputs which can connect to the Hi-Fi?

I believe Radio Shack had one back in the mid-'90s which caused a sensation with its digital ouput, but I haven't kept up on developments since then.
