Q: I got hacked in itunes charges up to 3600 dirham on my account, need help.

Lately, i received a call from credit card company regarding the purchase in my itunes account on one single day which reach to 3600 dirham. I was so shocked about what happen in itunes nowadays. I thought that itunes is a safe and well-protected consumers from hackers. I filed a dispute letter in my credit card company hoping it may help. Why other country has option to tick NONE in credit card but others no option but to fill in one a VISA, MASTER or AMEX in billing information?
