I am a composer.I just bought a Macbook ProRetina (full upgraded) to link it as a slave to my main DAW (Logic) with Vienna Ensemble Pro 5 (http://www.vsl.co.at/en/211/497/1685/1990/1680.htm).
The system with the new MacbookPro Retina doesn't work.
I have contacted Vienna Instruments and it seem that the problem can be on Apple side: the Thunderbolt - Ethernet adapter.
Any information or help to how to solve this problem?

Even some more threads in this Apple Support Community, but not a single answer, support, from Apple.
This is a user-to-user support commnity, not a vehicle for obtaining support from Apple.

Basically there seemed to be some sort of problem with a file called NetworkInterface.plist
